To inaugurate our YouTube channel we present to you an impromptu discussion session with our beloved professor, Dr. Mrinmoy Pramanick.Mrinmoy Pramanik is currently the assistant professor of the Department of Comparative Literature of Calcutta University. He has received the prestigious Sahitya Akademi Prize for Translation. He translated Sharan Kumar Limbale’s Dalit Sahitya Che Soundarya Shashtra, a work of literary criticism from Marathi to Bangla. Recently he had availed the Charles Wallace Fellowship for his research in Translation Studies .
